Procurement & Sourcing Manager

Lara is responsible for sourcing furniture, lighting, materials and decorative accessories for residential, hospitality and development projects. She works closely with suppliers across Portugal and Europe to identify the best products, manage quotations and ensure every selection aligns with the project's design vision, budget and timeline.
